Tasalli is a shared record of the care of one person who is looked after at home. Carers record what they measured and which medicines they gave. The family sees it, wherever they are. The doctor gets one page.

Who it is for
For the carer
One place to record, in Urdu, by pressing buttons. A record of the work you did, with your name and the time.
For the relative abroad
See whether the medicines were given, without phoning anyone. The time of every entry is shown twice: for the place of care and for where you are.
For the doctor
One page: what was measured, what was given and what was not. The family shares it. The doctor needs no account.
What Tasalli is being built to do
Readings
Blood pressure, oxygen, temperature, blood sugar, weight, pain and water. Each entry carries the time and the name of the person who made it.
The medicine chart
The family enters the medicines as written on the prescription. One press records a dose given. When a dose was not given, the reason is one press too.
Still to do
A list of the doses that are due and have no record yet.
Recording with no connection
An entry is kept on the phone and sent when the connection returns. Made for slow connections and low-cost Android phones.
Urdu and English
Complete in both. Each person uses their own language on the same record.
Your doctor’s limits
Enter the limits your doctor gave. Tasalli marks a reading outside them, and shows whose limit it is and from when. Tasalli sends no alert because of a reading: you see the mark when you open the record.
Corrections are visible
A correction is a new entry, with a name and a time. The entry it corrects stays visible.
The record stays yours
Export the whole record as a file at any time, on any plan, also after a paid plan has ended.
What Tasalli does not do
Tasalli is a record-keeping and communication tool for families and carers. It stores what carers enter, shows it back as lists and charts, reminds carers of the schedule the family has set, and produces reports from the record. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment, and does not interpret readings. Decisions about care are made by the family and their doctor.

The promise
- No advertisements.
- Family Free always includes recording, the medicine chart, the Log, Still to do, reminders, the doctor’s report and export.
- If Family Plus ends, the record stays readable and exportable. Nothing is deleted. Nobody who could record is stopped from recording.
- Prices change only with 30 days’ notice.
For care agencies
A plan for agencies that look after several people is planned. It is not yet defined.
